This probably isn’t original but I came up with this idea to put these ingredients together and it did it come out sooo good! This recipe is quick, simple, and only has a few ingredients. Everything a busy mom looks for in a weekday dinner. My 2-year-old even ate this up! I’m not exactly sure about the nutrition value but this definitely shouldn’t be unhealthy. The dressing that I used is from Kroger’s simply truth organic collection. I personally did not add any additional seasonings or dressings to
this dish. I thought that the dressing was flavorful enough. In the ingredient section, I note that you can salt and pepper to taste, but I don’t think the dish needs it.

Ingredients:
4 chicken breast cutlets
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 TBS vegetable oil
1/2 cup of orange miso dressing
1 cup of rice
salt and pepper to taste
Dice your chicken cutlets, onion, and peppers. Next, add your chicken breast to a pan and cook over medium-high heat until chicken turns white. Drain any excess water from the pan. Add onion, peppers, and oil. Turn heat down to medium and stir. *Note: you may need a little more oil depending on how big the chicken cutlets were. Sautee for a few minutes then add the orange miso dressing. Turn heat down to low and let the dressing marinate with the other ingredients for about 5-7 mins. Serve over white rice and enjoy!
